Assistant Manager - Food and Beverage (Full Time)
The Assistant Manager is responsible for ensuring outstanding
member experiences. To deliver that experience, the Assistant Manager must
demonstrate strong leadership skills, operational ability, and financial
acumen. The Assistant Manager’s direct reports include the front of house
service staff from the five ala cart outlets. The Assistant Manager
coordinates with other key department heads, primarily as relates to
cooperative efforts surrounding planning, scheduling, and working of special
events and implementation/management of Departmental and Club projects.
He / She functions
as a strategic leader of the club with responsibility for all aspects of the
operation under reporting umbrella, including member and employee satisfaction,
human resources and financial performance. Ensures implementation of the River
Crest brand service strategy and Club initiatives with the objective of meeting
or exceeding member/guest expectations.
Server Assistants (Full & Part Time)
Server Assistants are an important part of a restaurant staff and serve as assistants to the waitstaff. The Server Assistants also assist in many other duties as necessary
Servers (Full & Part Time)
Dining Room Servers are responsible for ensuring total Member and Guest satisfaction in the dining facilities. They prepare the dining area for food and beverage service by supplying and replenishing items needed for a high level of service.
Banquet Server (Full & Part Time)
Banquet Servers are responsible for set-up and clean-up of banquet rooms as well as all aspects of service at banquets.
